The Eagles are 3-6 and losers of five in a row for a whole host of reasons.
The offensive line, the quarterback play, the defensive line, the secondary, the head coach, the offensive coordinator -- pretty much everyone not named LeSean McCoy and Alex Henery, really.
Why is the team that appeared so strong on paper underachieving so dramatically? Well, anyone's who's been watching the games can attest to the reasons above.
Ex-Eagle Winston Justice, on the other hand, hasn't been keeping very close tabs on the Birds' activities but has heard about their struggles. He told in 1070 The Fan in Indianapolis (via SportsRadioInterviews):
“I’m not really watching the games that much but you can’t help
but hear them going through stuff and I mean every year there is always
some type of drama with Philly. Something was going to happen.
Immediately thereafter, he went onto to posit his own explanation for the team's play:

Reid went through a very hard time losing his son. I bet that has a lot
to play in the whole performance of the team. Hope they can pull it
together.”
