Andre Iguodala only saw 15 minutes of playing time on Sunday night in Orlando, but he put them to good use in his All-Star debut. With defense being at a minimum in the game, Iguodala had to show of the less heralded aspects of his game. He finished with 12 points, 4 boards, 2 assists, a block and at least two slams that got the crowd out of their seats. [check out Dre's sweet ASG kicks here]
After throwing down a pretty nice alley-oop to get on the scoreboard, Dre had a windmill slam which was good enough to compete in the dunk contest at All-Star weekend. TNT commentator Steve Kerr recognized this and gave Dre props for his showing in the dunk contest a couple of years back when he was robbed of victory by the diminutive Nate Robinson. It was nice to see Dre get praise in front of a national audience.
