WATN: Perhaps the Greatest 'Where Are They Now' Ever?
We enjoy keeping track of former Philly athletes in their post-215 careers and non-careers. Even after athletes depart our fair city, sometimes there is still a connection there. It's with great pleasure that I bring you today's edition of Where Are They Now featuring two former Philly athletes, one beloved and one bemoaned. [photos below]
Yes, your eyes do not deceive you, that is former Phillie hero Sal Fasano and the prime suspect in the recent World Series ring robbery at Citizens Bank Park, Adam Eaton. The duo are playing for the Colorado Springs Sly Sox and got the win on August 31st.
Many thanks to reader Jeff G. for sending these photos along.

I just Eatoned in my pants.

Just as I clinked the link for the jump I said to myself 'its gotta be Sal' and sure enough, it was in fact perhaps the greatest WATN ever.

Fasano's mustache stuck out more batters than Eaton.

Did Eaton recently get a win for the Rockies in extra innings, despite giving up like five runs or something? The guy just won't go away.
Good to see Sal Pal still has a job. Always liked his attitude.

Irrelevent comment of the Day: I think it's actually the Sky Sox. I checked because Sly Sox sounded much cooler and I wanted to give them props for being named that.

I'd buy a shirt with just Sal's face on it. Can someone make that happen

Did Eaton and Sal beat up on a couple of little leaguers, one legged men, or elderly nuns?
