"A fuming Mayor Bloomberg said Monday he wants Giants player Plaxico Burress prosecuted "to the fullest extent of the law" for accidentally shooting himself in his leg with an illegal handgun." This dumbass should get 2 years in jail for this.
One year for having an armed weapon in the city as proscribed by law.
And a second for being so stupid as to shoot himself. Too bad he didn't blow his privates off instead.
Oh, and the hospital should be ashamed for not reporting this. They're going to get fined big time for that. I'm sure the Giants had something to do with that.
