Even Eli Manning Mocks Tony Romo
Typically we reserve our posts about Giants QB Eli Manning to the bashing variety but this we had to share. Eli had this to say about his off week:
"I am just going to have a pretty relaxing week up here," said Manning, who quarterbacked the Giants to the NFC's top seed and home-field advantage throughout the playoffs. "No plans to travel or do anything. My plans to Cabo fell through, so I am going to sit here. That is a joke, by the way."
Eli was likely referring to Romo's trip to Cabo last year with gf Jessica Simpson before the Cowboys lost in the playoffs.
In other Giants news, teams are lining up to interview their assistant coaches, Kevin Gilbride and Steve Spagnuolo. As many recall, Spagnuolo is the former Eagles assistant who many fans desired to replace Andy Reid. But Sunday sure did a lot to help Andy's job security.

i cant stand peytons commercials. 'cut that meat' was maybe funny once, but not twice, and certainly not the 100th time.

Please, Eli is a much better quarterback than Romo. At least when the Eagles played the Giants in the playoffs, it wasn't a slaughter like the Cowboys. Romo was pathetic. Romeo deserves crude comments
