Many Phillies Fans Wait Their Entire Lives For This Chance
And sometimes that's only two days as is the case with young Chase and Cole Ryan who were born on Monday.
"Got them signed up for T-ball already," the proud papa said yesterday. "Their last name is Ryan, so we have the Phillies infield well represented."
Way to go, dad! An MSNBC video after the jump.

Lucky kids. I was born in 1983 after the Sixers won, so I've been as screwed as can be.

My wife is 12 weeks pregnant. Unfortunately she's already shot down my thoughts of (if the baby is a boy) naming it Chase, Cole (even though she has something of a crush on Mr. Hamels), Ryan, James, or Shane (or Donovan, or Brian, or Elton, or Andre for that matter).
So, I like the names.

All I can thing of all day:
Rocky II: Adrian in the hospital bed with Rocky and Mick celebrating her arrival out of her coma.
Adrian: "Win...win!"
Mick: "What are we waiting for?!"

My son was born in Sept. five years ago. At the time, Utley was a promising rookie. My wife and I considered naming our son Chase, but didn't. I regret that sometimes.

In the midst of Game 1 with Werth at bat I said if he got a hit I would name my first born son Jayson. Cross my fingers it won't be for a couple more years but I'm sticking to it. Congratulations to the proud parents, the Phillies, Philadelphia and Phillies Fans EVERYWHERE!
