Jamie Moyer Closes Out Cards Series

Jamie Moyer just threw the first pitch of today's business person special. He'll face Braden Looper for the Cardinals. The Phils could really use a series win to build some momentum heading into the All Star break. Feel free to discuss the action in the thread below. And anyone at the game today be sure to file your reports on how your interaction with Alyssa Milano went.

Sick defensive play by Utley to end the inning. A ball went of Moyer and Chase did the scoop from the glove right to Howard to get the out.

Ryan Howard is officially hot...lets hope he doesn't cool down during the all star break. Great way to start the game with some runs in the first for once!

"I'm sure you know all the quips and crannies of the ballpark." -Sarge to Tom McCarthy, bottom of the 4th inning.

In all fairness to Sarge, we do have the most sardonic ballpark in the league.

Alyssa Milano - So hot, want to touch the hiney!

I think Howard has found his groove.

Let's just see if he can continue to keep it after the Redbirds leave town.

RYAN! Holy crap when this guy gets hot he's so much fun to watch!!!

Seven strong from Moyer. Great outing.

Just what the doctor ordered. Howard can't get hot fast enough for me; god knows we need someone to get hot and stay hot.
