Chris Cooley Says Trent Cole Never Quits
"On the DL Podcast" caught up with Redskins tight end and now blogger extraordinaire, Chris Cooley, to talk about an array of topics from blogging to why everybody hates the Cowboys. Cooley gives some high praise to Trent Cole and says he's one of those players he hates to face.
“One of my favorite players as a person and least favorite players to go up against is Trent Cole. I hate playing against Trent Cole – he never quits. He goes harder than anyone and he never stops. You can never quit blocking him. He never takes a play off. It seems like when we play the Eagles, I’m up against him ever-other play, so he’s one of my least favorite players to go up against.”
Fun fact: I actually met Cooley once at a bar and talked to him briefly. He said he loves coming to Philly and talking smack right back at the fans. Good dude.

Chris Cooley is one of the very few non-Eagle NFC East players I like. Maybe after the LJ Smith franchise project fails we can bring him in...

Cooley signed a deal with the Skins, he's not going anywhere, sorry. I agree though, I hate him as a Redskin but he's funny as hell, especially on the morning show down here when he calls in.

Trent Cole appears to be the steal of the 2005 draft.
Unless you're one of those lost souls that believes Derek Anderson is the real deal.
