Phils Closeout Interleague Play
Phils go for a series win for the first time since they swept the Braves June 6-8. Jamie Moyer takes on rookie Eric Hurley who has lost his 3 starts since being called up June 12th. Charlie sticks with the same lineup that he won with as last night, with only Ruiz in for Coste.

That was only the Phils 8th CS of the year and first since Victorino got caught June 6th.

Fucking feliz doesn't understand the concept of ever taking a pitch every now and then

This is in no way an excuse at all but this umpire is not very good.

who the hell does coste have to blow to be the everyday catcher?

Not charlie manuel apparently because I from the amount of playing time that ruiz gets with his horrible stats he must be already doing that to keep getting consistent time behind the plate

This team really needs to get its shit together. They aren't hitting or pitching well consistently and in a time where they could've easily put a ton of distance between the rest of the division but instead let them back into the division. Hopefully they can figure it out on the much needed day off.

Some baseball analyst (didn't catch his name) just said that he thinks the Phillies will win the NL East because they have too many MVPs and he expects Pat Gillick to go get another pitcher, maybe C.C.
Now wouldnt that be cool.
