Lord Stanley's Cup
Hockey certainly isn't my sport of choice but I can totally respect the significance of their impressive trophy. Via Puck Daddy comes this tremendous NHL commercial.

Anyone else notice how much the Hurricane's and Tampa Bay were in that ad? What the hell is up with that? Other than that, great ad.

I'm a little too "long in the tooth" to be sounding like a child at Christmas time with their wishes to Santa but, just once more, once more to feel the "static charge" that embodied this area last millenium with the Stanley Cup victory! Yeah, we have gotten close, and hopes did rise to an apex but, just once more, so that a completely new generation can actually feel the true "pulse of the city." The "morons" will attempt to discredit that feeling with "idiotic activities" but, for the ones', such as myself, that really remember that "electricity" would gladly hold a metal pole in hand during a "thunder storm" if it meant having a "Stanley Cup" lightning bolt attract itself to it. Thanks again "Fly-Guys" for one helluva season and playoffs.
