Sixers Take Center Stage: Game 2 Vs. Pistons
The Sixers shocked the basketball world when they gunned down the Pistons, 90-86, stealing game 1 on the road and quickly becoming the talk of the playoffs. Most experts still believe the Pistons will win the series handily, but I'm guessing most thought Detroit would win game 1 as well.
Can the Sixers youth movement put enough pressure on the Pistons to take them out of their game again? Will there be another Reggie Evans 14-board performance, or another 17 points out of Willie Green? Can their team defense shut down 'Sheed and the Pistons guards down the stretch, or come back from 15 down in the second half? If the Sixers are going to win game 2, it's going to take at least a few unexpected events, because the sleeping giants in Detroits won't likely be dogging it for a consecutive night.

Not looking good at the half. Pistons are shooting over 60%, Iguodala is like 0/8. They are lucky they aren't down by more than 13.

Greg Dobbs is sexy. 2 run, upper deck blast, ties it up at 3.

700 Level's coverage of Sixers playoff game features intriguing picture of dance team= win
700 Level's coverage features no such picture= loss
Coincidence? I, my good man, think not!

Whats with Cole being human. 2 homers to Prince on 1-2 counts, come on u cant have any sympathy cause hes fat. Not to mention the pitches were in the exact same spot.

Why did these guys swing at Turnbow's garbage? He threw two actual, callable strikes. Unbelievable.
In other news, Prince Fielder is a fat turd.

About four inches below his knees, but on the plate.

Why was Cole still in the game in the bottom of the 8th?
Posted by: Mark | Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at 11:08 PM
why the fuck was tj bohn ins the game for pat? i know it didnt matter but charlie needs to stop subbing burrell late in the game. he is arguably the phils best hitter now. if they would of tied the game (which they should have) pat woudnt have been available. im sure that would have hurt them. stop fucking subbing pat!

Thanks. I was sitting here just asking that he do anything but strike out and what the hell does he do? strike out of course.

Yea it seems to me that charlie thinks because he has these guys hes gotta use every single one every night. I dont know why we always sub 20 guys every game. im exaggerating but i think you know what i mean.
