Delaware's Joe Flacco Taken By Ravens at 18

The Ravens traded up to the 18 spot (one ahead of the Birds) to take the University of Delaware's Joe Flacco of Audobon, New Jersey. Mel Kiper loved him, ranking him as the best QB after Matt Ryan (take that, McShay). Congrats to a local unibrow boy going high out of Division 1-AA, where he led UDel to the championship.
