The Sixers Just Keep Winning

The Sixers continued their impressive west coast swing last night by defeating the Clippers.  It's safe to say they've been playing some hot ball.

The kids over at Empty the Bench have written a state of the Sixers post.  If you're a casual NBA fan -- and it seems like everyone is these days -- it may be a bit wordy for your liking.  But if you're enthralled by this young squad, you will certainly enjoy their analysis.

That was a fantastic article and the analysis was dead on. They pretty much echoed my sentiments completely. I love watching the young guys fly up and down the court all night. It is not a pace that a lot of teams can keep up with. I'll enjoy having Andre Miller for the rest of this year and probably half of next year before trading him. He is nothing but a positive on the court for this team (even if his interviews speak volumes about he feels about this city). I think that the Sixers definitely have a chance to make the playoffs and maybe even have a Golden State-esque run if they keep up this level of play and get favorable matchups.

28-33 is good for seventh place in the Eastern Conference? "Inflammable" means "flammable?" What a country!

Thanks Billy King?

I agree, other than referring to Samuel Dalembert as "Bert", that was a great article.

I think "Bert" would work if we could find someone to be his "Ernie".
