The Dismantling of the 'Boys Coaching Staff Has Begun
FoxSports is reporting that the Bill Parcells and the Dolphins have hired former Cowboys assistant coach Tony Sparano to replace the fired Cam Cameron. Because the Cowboys' postseason was cut short so quickly, teams with coaching vacancies don't have to wait to plunder them. Dallas's offensive coordinator Jason Garrett is also being targeted, with strong mentions regarding the Ravens' and Falcons' vacancies. It will be interesting to see how Wade Phillips, who has still yet to win a playoff game, will do without his top assistants next year.

Rumor has it if Garrett says no to the Ravens, that John Harbaugh will get an offer:

Losing Garrett will be a huge blow to that team. He took a great wide receiver and made him look amazing, and he took an average quarterback and made him look great. Dallas is still going to have a lot of weapons on offense, so don't expect them to completely self destruct, but I definitely expect them to take a step back next season.
