Terrell Owens Hates Jessica Simpson
This blog post from the Dallas Morning News brings joy to our hearts this holiday season. Terrell Owens has declared that Jessica Simpson and her pink jersey is distracting Mr. Romo.
"Right now, Jessica Simpson is not a fan favorite in this locker room or in Texas Stadium," T.O. said. "I think with everything that has happened, and obviously the way Tony played and the comparison between her and Carrie Underwood, I think a lot of people feel like she's probably taking his focus away.
"Other than that, she was at the top of my list until last week."
Amazing. Since her influence on Romo's game on Sunday, Jessica has moved even higher up on my list placing her right below beer and slightly above chicken wings.

Two weeks ago he was talking about how great it was in Big D these days, how he's being used the right way, Romo is awesome, etc. Then they lose a game... their SECOND of the season... and he rips on his QB's girlfriend in public...
Some things will never change...

has anyone ever seen a team make so many excuses for a lousy effort? romo's had bad games before even in games where there was no romo-ladyfriend present. remember last year against the lions? or how about his game against the bills this year?
he is a young quarterback, he'll have games like that. especially against a good defense like the eagles. the dallas cowboys are a joke, and the eagles should be insulted that no one is giving them the props they deserve for what was a solid defensive effort by them.
this is the biggest bullshit-non story i've ever heard.

I don't agree with a lot of the "bum" comments regarding Romo from the last Jessica post, but he is definitely overrated. He has had some absolutely horrible games both this year and last, and it's even worse when you consider a lot of it has happened down the stretch.
Things naturally come a lot easier when you throw to guys like T.O. and Witten, and the spotlight is always on when you play QB for Dallas. Some of the praise is deserved; he moves well in or out of the pocket and they are winning football games. Until he gets it done in December and the post-season though, I'm not going to blame girlfriends and those things, I'm going to chalk it up to Romo not being an elite NFL QB.

LEt Romo live a little. There's more to life than football. Dallas is in the playoffs anyways.

Nothing could be better than watching T.O. scream and yell on the sidelines after the second Romo interception (on a intended for him).
It's easy to be a 'class-act' when your team is has gone 12 and 1. Thing start to go slightly awry; and T.O. immediately shows his true colors.
I think that after the Cowboys get eliminated in their first playoff game - people will look back to this moment as the beginning of the end - where it all came crumbing down.
