Football Food For Fans ~ Week 11
Despite this week's installment not involving meat of any kind, it gets my thumbs up. While not a seafood guy at heart, anything involving buttery lobster is perfectly acceptable.
From Mark's flickr page:
On the menu was homemade New England Clam Chowder. I never made this before but it came out pretty well. The main course was lobster roll..broiled lobster tails diced up and folded into some mayo, Dijon, lemon juice, chives, parsley, shallots, salt and pepper. On the side was some baked spice-rub potato chips and in the glass, what else but Sam Adams Winter Lager.
Hey Mark, when are you inviting us over for a game?
