That's A Lot Of Cotton Candy
It's guys like this that making going down to see a game live and in person so much damn fun. He's worked at Connie Mack, the Vet, and Citizens Bank Park. This guy must have some stories.
"Philadelphia is one of the best baseball towns in the country," said McDonnell, who will turn 87 on July 20. "They'll moan and groan sometimes, but they're so loyal."
That's what I've been saying. Definitely a nice Monday read.

I've been up in the air on John. I loved deadwood and am willing to give this show a shot. The last two episodes really stepped things up and I'm starting to get hooked. Gotta love all the deadwood cameos: Charlie Utter, Morgan Earp, Jack McCall/Francis Walcott, Commissioner Jarry, Elsworth. I think that's it, maybe we'll see E.B. next week?

Butchie implied that Bill's wife died when he pointed upstairs. I wonder if she died in the house, and I wonder if it had anything to do with the spiral staircase. Those things are deathtraps!
