The Sixers Lost By 50 Last Night
What to read while you really get to know the Jet Rock Bar in terminal C.
- The Sixers lost last night by 50 points. The Sixers lost last night by 50 points. The Sixers lost last night by 50 points. Five Zero, fifty. They lost by 50 to the Houston Rockets. [Philly.com]
- Andre Iguodala is one of the NBA's most improved players. [SI.com]
- The Sixers signed Louis Amundson to his second 10 day contract with the team. That is the limit for a team, now the Sixers would have to sign him for the remainder of the season once this contract runs out. (I think). [Inside Hoops]
- Cole Hamels likes interacting with fans. [MLB.com]
- One NFL blogger thinks the Eagles are the team to beat in the East. A little sample of his thoughts on the draft, "Philadelphia should have plenty of options at linebacker. They are not pigeonholed into taking an outside or inside guy, and they could probably use one of each. In the top rounds of the draft, expect them to pursue guys such as MLB Patrick Willis, who should already be gone, Brandon Siler and David Harris." [ESPN Insider Blog]
- Phillies Ball Girls [Myspace]
- Gilbert Arenas had a son, gave him a name with initials AAA and wants to get his diapers paid for by Triple A. I wish the Sixers had someone that entertaining. [Agent Zero]
- One of my favorite bloggers over at the Fanhouse is Miss Gossip. Her work is creative, hilarious, and fun. [Fanhouse]
- Drew Rosenhaus could have a tremendous client in Troy Vincent. [Fanhouse]
- You've never heard of Koji Kondo, but you've had his song stuck in your head. Watch the video. [Wired]
- I'm starting to understand why my former roommate may have moved to Dublin. [BBC]
- The two teams I picked last week are still alive: Oregon and UCLA. [The 700 Level]
- The Inquirer's Eye on the Eagles blog has some breaking news. [Eye on Eagles]

I enjoyed watching the Sixers go on that winning streak, but it's nice to see them back in line for Powerball tickets too. Third worst loss in the history of the team (two by 53 in 1993, I think).

I was wondering why you changed your RSS feed to only show a snippet of the post now. It's really annoying. I probably won't be reading as much now. You could try doing what others do - offer two feeds: one with snippets and one with the full article but that includes an Advertisement at the end of the articles.
