Video: A 66-Year-Old Bernie Parent Gets Between the Pipes

Your favorite hockey team playing one game of their lengthy season outdoors in a baseball park is pretty damn neat, but damn it if getting to see a 66-year-old Bernie Parent strap on the pads, put on the famous simple white goalie mask, and take his familiar spot between the pipes after 30-some years isn't the most amazing thing to come of all of this Winter Classic business.

Bernie Parent, the guy most of us only know as the mythical goalie who may have saved more than God, getting in the net at such an extended age and stopping pucks. Pretty frickin' awesome.
